NCET Exam 2024
NCET is the national common entrance test which is conducted by NTA for admission into four- Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in various Central or State Universities including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government institutions.
For the academic session 2024-25, NTA will conduct the National Common Entrance Test NCET 2024 on 12 June 2024 in online mode. The NCET will be held around 178 Cities and 13 mediums across India. ITEP Application Form 2024
Submission of online application form for National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2024 is available now. Eligible candidates can fill up NCET exam form 2024 from 13 April to 30 April 2024 up to 11:30 P.M. The official website for NCET registration is https://www.nta.ac.in
It is to inform that candidate must read the information brochure before fill up the NCET online form. After that start filling application form very carefully. Along with online form, it is mandatory to pay the application fee, otherwise, the submission of online form remain incomplete.
National Common Entrance Test Application Fee
For successful registration for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) in order to get admission into ITEP programme, students must pay the required fee within the given period. The minimum application fee is Rs.1200 for un-reserved (ur) candidates, Rs.1000 for candidates belonging to OBC- (NCL)/ EWS, for SC,ST,PwBD and third gender the fee is Rs.650 only.
Candidates can pay the application fee through online payment method between 13th April to 30 April 2024 up to 11:50 P.M.

National Common Entrance Test 2024 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria to apply for NCET exam 2024 for admission into 4-year ITEP are-
- Minimum age of the students is not fixed by NTA to appear in NCET 2024. However, in terms of age criteria, candidates should fulfil the guidelines set by the University/ Government College (if any) in which they desire for admission.
- The necessary qualification to appear in NCET is class 12 or its equivalent exam. For education qualification, students must full fill the eligibility criteria set the the respective universities or colleges.
NCET 2024 Exam Date
The National Common Entrance Test for 4-years Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) will take place in June 12, 2024. NTA will conduct the NCET in 178 cities and in 13 different languages across India.

National Common Entrance Test 2024 Syllabus
The syllabus for NCET 2024 contains 181 questions asked from 7 different sections. The two sections Teaching Aptitude and General Test are compulsory for all candidates. The section wise NCET Exam syllabus is-
- Language- 1: This section contains 23 questions; students can choose language 1 paper out of 38 languages.
- Language 2: contains 23 questions, students can choose language 2 other than language 1.
- Teaching Aptitude: Teaching Aptitude is compulsory section contains 23 questions.
- General Test: General Test is compulsory section contains 28 questions.
- Domain Specific Subjects: students can choose three subjects as Domain Specific Subject; each subject contains 25 questions.

About ITEP
The ITEP is an integrated Teachers Education Programme or four-year integrated B.Ed. degree, candidates who have completed 12 examinations can take admission for this integrated programme of bachelor’s degree and B.Ed. simultaneously.
The 4-year integrated B.Ed. will be a dual major holistic bachelor’s degree in Education as well as a specialized subject i.e. language, history, music, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, economics, art, physical-education, etc.
Candidates who are willing to become would be teachers this is the minimal degree qualification by 2030. The admission into ITEP is done through the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) conducte d by NTA. For the year 2024-125, the online registration process is open for NCET 2024.
