Merit List of the selected candudates is available in the form of pdf download at the official website. Students can download the list through the direct link below. The Department of Higher Education, Assam is the nodal department of the scheme, Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme 2024. Assam government provides scooty to the girl as well as boys student who have passed their class 12th examination with 60% and 75% marks.
As per the previous trends, this year 2024, the minimum percentage for HS scooty is 60% for girls and 75% for boys. They should score this percentage in AHSEC Higher Secondary Final Examination 2024.
The scooty will be provided to 40735 girls and 7938 boys students for the year 2024. A total of 48673 students will get scooty or benifited Under the scheme, Pragyan Bharti Scooty Scheme.

Assam HS Scooty Eligibility Criteria 2024
Assam Government has released the AHSEC HS Scooty Scheme for all of the female students who have scored 60% marks in class 12th examination. To avail the benefits of this scheme students, need to meet certain eligibility criteria. The minimum percentage and other eligibility criteria to access the benefits of Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme.
- The students should have passed Higher Secondary Final Examination 2024, conducted by AHSEC.
- Girt students must secure 60% or more marks in their HS examination.
- Boy students must securc 75% or more marks in their HS examination.
- Students in the betterment and reappearance category are not eligible for the Pragyan Bharti Scooty scheme.
- In addition, the dropout students are also not eligible for the scheme.
- Students have to be residens of the State of Assam.
- Students must continue their studies beyond their 10 +2.
Assam Govt HS Scooty Distribution Process 2024
- The Director of Higher Education (DHE) will notify school principals to ensure smooth distribution of sooters to eligible beneficiaries.
- Eligible students will collect an appreciation certificates from the concerned Consignee Principal.
- Students will submit this appreciation certificate to allotted dealer.
- The Assam govemment will contribute the amount for Scooter Registration and Insuance to the principals.
- The consignee principals will verify the students details and will release the money to the concerned dealer.
- The students need not pay any money to the dealer for the cost of registration and insuance.
- Affter that the students will collect the scooty from the concerned dealer.
The students must note that the beneficiaries of Dr Bani Kanta Kakati Merit Award under the Pragyran Bharati Scooty scheme are not be eligible for the Nijut Moina Scheme. However, if any Girl students ops out of receiving the scooter. She can apply for the Nijut Moina Scheme 2024.

In the year 2023, 30209 female students got scooty who have passed HS with 60% or more marks.
And 5566 male students got scooty who have passed HS with 75% or more marks.
