State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has released the admit card for PST & PET on 23 September 2024. Candidates who have successfully applied for a total of 5563 posts of Assam Police. Assam Police Admit Card 2024 Overview
SLPRB has released the notification inviting candidates to downlaod their Admit Card for PST/PET Exam on 23 September 2024 onwards. Candidates will be able to downlaod their admit card from the official website slprbassam.in by using their application number and password/DOB.

Assam Police Exam Date 2024
State Level Recruitment Commission will conduct the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) on 3rd October 2024. Applicants eligible to download their Admit Cards for the PST & PET from September 23, 2024 from the SLPRB website slprbassam.in

Assam Police PST & PET 2024
The Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be
start on October 3, 2024 for the various posts. The PET Examination consists of 3200 meters race for Male candidates & 1600 meters race for Female candidates.
- Male candidates: 3200 Meters race
- Female Candidates: 1600 Meter race
Moreover, those candidates who have applied for more than one advertisement having the same level for the race will attend PST/PET only once for all the posts.
Physical Effeciency Test (PET) 2024
After successfully completion of (PST) candidates need to take part in the next steps of selection process which is PET. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) consist the following activities.
Race:
- For Male candidates 3200 metres race within 14 minutes.
- For Female candidates 1600 metres race within 8 minutes.
Long Jump:
- For male candidate, minimum 335 cm for long jump in 3 given chances.
- For female candidate, minimum 244 cm for long jump in 3 given chances.

Assam Police Written Test 2024
After completing the PST and PET for all the applicants, Assam Police merit list 2024 will be releasing at slprb website. The Merit list will be prepare d on the basis of the total marks obtain on PET changing it into percentage.
Selected candidates will be calling for the Written examination in order of merit at 5 times the number of posts allotted in respect of each category.
Written Exam Pattern 2024
- Written examination will consist of 100 MCQs
- Exam Type OBR Based
- For each correct answer the applicants will get half mark.
- The total marks for the Written exam will be 50.
- There will be no negative marking in Assam Police Written test.
- Medium of question paper will be in Assamese/ Bodo/ Bengali/English.
