SBI Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Notification has already been released on 13th September 2024 at SBI Official website. Online application for the aforesaid SBI vacancies will continue till last date 4 October 2024.
Candidates will be selecting through the shortlisting-cum-tiered or layered Interaction.
- Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee will determine the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of applicants, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interaction.
- Interaction: The interaction will carry 100 marks. The MARKS which is considered as qualifying marks in interaction will be decided by the Bank. Interactions may be multi-layered and number of tiers / layers of interaction for each post will be decided by the Bank in due course.
- Merit List: SBI Recruitment 2024 Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interaction. In case more than one applicant score the common cut-off marks, such candidate’s rank will be decided according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.

Interaction
Applicants will have to score the minimum cut off mark or above as decided by the Bank for the Professional Knowledge (PK) paper, besides scoring minimum qualifying marks in other papers.
Category wise number of candidates will be calle d for interaction based on the performance in online written exam. This process of interaction will carry 25 marks only. However, the Bank will decide the minimum qualifying in interaction.
Merit list
The weightage of mark, written test- 70% and interaction- 30%. The Final merit list will be prepare on the basis of performance of the candidates in online Test and Interaction with 70:30 weightage respectively.
