DEE Assam LP UP New Notification 2025
Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has released the latest notification for recruitment of LP and UP School Teachers. As per the notification, application process is open from 8 March 2025. Through this recruitment 2900 posts of Lower Primary and 1600 Posts of upper primary will be recruited. Eligible candidates can apply for this LP UP Recruitment before the last date 8 April 2025.

LP UP Salary 2025
- Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs.70,000 plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible under Assam Service rule.
LP UP Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
Upper Primary (UP) Teacher: The applicants should have completed the BA / B.Sc. along with B.Ed. or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized Institution. Besides this the applicants must qualify CTET/ Assam TET conducted by the Government of Assam.
Lower Primary (LP) Teacher: The applicants should have completed 10+2 pass/ Higher Secondary with two-years of Diploma in Elementary Education (OR) 04 years B.El.Ed. And must have qualified in Assam LP TET.
Age Limit – The minimum Age of the applicants must be 18th years and the upper limit is 38 Years.
Relaxation: The age relaxation will be applicable as per the norms of Assam government. The category wise age relaxation is as in the following.

LP UP Recruitment 2025 Documents

- Birth Certificate/ Admit card of H.S.L.C (as age proof).

- First register yourself by entering mobile number and valid email ID.
- A registration ID and password will be provided to your email ID. Keep it save for further use.
- Again, log in with your provided password and registration number and form will open.
- Enter all the information link personal details, education details.
- After filling all the details, upload the necessary documents.
- Then review and submit the online form and pay the required application fee.
- Post payment of application fee, download the application form.
