Dibrugarh University PG Admission 2025
Online application process for Dibrugarh University PGET 2005 will start in 1st week of June. Candidates can apply for the entrance test before the last date in online. The GUPGET 2025 will be held on July at various examination canters. The applicants who are selected in the merit list will be able take PG admission for the academic session 2025-26. Through this exam, admission will be done on the basis of performance of the candidates, in Dibrugarh University its affiliated and autonomous college. Gauhati University PGET -Appication Form
The entrance test for Dibrugarh university pg admission will be conducting on – July and – July 2025. There will be two shifts, the morning shifts from 10:00AM to 12:00 PM whereas the evening shifts from 1:30 pm to 3:30 PM.
An individual can appear in the entrance test for a minimum four subjects moreover, they cannot apply for more than one subjects from a same shift.

Dibrugarh University Entrance Exam Pattern 2025
The Dibrugarh University PG Entrance Exam Test also called DUPGET will be conducted by the university Entrance Test Board. The entrance exam will be in a single paper of the concerned subject of 100 MCQs questions. The duration for the exam is 2 hours only. All questions carry one marks means 1 mark for 1 correct answer and 0.25 marks is deducted for one incorrect answer. The exam type and patterns are-

- Papers: Single papers of the concerned subjects

- Total Questions: 100
- Negative mark: Yes
- Deduction of marks: 0.25 marks for one incorrect answer
For Mathematics subjects, the entrance exam will be of 150 Marks of 2 hours exam duration. There are 75 MCQs questions carrying 2 marks for each question. For one incorrect answer, 0.50 marks will be deducting to a mathematics questions.
DUPGET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for DUPG Entrance Exam must have any one of the following eligibility criteria.
- Applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in the concerned subject securing at least 45% marks or equivalent GP (Grade Point).
- OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the subject seeking for admission and 45% marks in aggregate in case of the applicants of General Programme or equivalent GP (Grade Point).
- Furthermore, applicants who passed the qualifying examination in CBCS must have studied at least 24 Credits in the subject seeking for admission.

Additionally, applicants who have appeared or appearing in the SIX Semester BA, BSc and B.Com Exam, 2025 and waiting for their result are also eligible to appear in the DUPGET 2025.
Applicants of final semester examination and waiting for their result but have backlog in 2nd or 4th semester are also eligible to apply.
However, in such conditions, applicants will have to submit the final marksheet within the gived date to be decide d by the university.
DU PGCET Application Fee 2025
To complete the process of online application, candidates must pay the fee Rs. 950. The fee can be pai d through online by using ATM card, Internet Banking or UPI.
