Assam DElEd Entrance 2024
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will conduct the Pre-Entry Test (PET)-2024 in August/September for admission into 2 -Years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Candidates can submit online application form for deled admission in NCTE recognized Teacher Education Institutes (DIET/CTE/Normal School/BTC/Pvt. TEIs) of the Assam in July 2024.

Assam SCERT D.El.Ed PET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling up the online form for DELED PET-2024. Applicants who fill up the online form without fulfilling the eligibility their application will be cancelled. The eligibility criteria for D.El.Ed PET 2024 are-
- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) (10+2) or equivalent examination from recognized institutions with at least 50% Percent of marks in aggregate.
- Relaxation of 5% of marks in aggregate to SC/ST (P)/ST (H) candidates, according to the policy of the government.
- Candidate, perusing in Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent final examination. They are eligible to apply for the Pre-Entry Test (PET)-2024. However, they have to submit & upload their scanned copy of original scorecard before the declaration of PET result-2024.
- Applicant’s age should be in between 18 to 34 years as on dated 1st July, 2024.
- 2 years relaxation will be provided to SC, ST (P) & ST (H) category students in their upper age.
