Gauhati University has released the final selection list for PDF Admission for the academic session 2024-25. Candidates who have successfully participated in the counselling session, they can download the Gauhati University PhD selection list department wise through the link gauhati.ac.in.

The list of selected aspirants for admission into the Ph.D. programme of various academic departments is released based on GURET 2024. All the candidates who are selecte d in the final selection list will have to complete their admission process by paying the admission fee online.

Gauhati university has conducted the Gauhati University Research Eligibility Test on 7 July 2024. Those who have qualified GURET and participated in the counselling session, they can download the final selection list for admission into Ph.D. programme as per their department.
On 15th August 2024, GU has released the notification for the selected candidate for online admission between 16 to 20 August 2024. Although, the selection list for PHD Admission is released, few departments has not released the final selected list yet. As soon as the counselling process is complete, Gauhati University will release the final list for admission as well.
