Gauhati University has released LLB/ LLM admission notification on 13 July at https://admissions.gauhati.ac.in/. Students can apply online for the entrance test before the last date 22 July 2024. The entrance test will be 100 marks for admission into 1st Semester of 5 Years Integrated B.A LL.B and 3 years LL.B. Degree courses. GU LLB Entrance exam 2024
Gauhati University will conduct the entrance exam for LLB admission on 28 July in offline mode. Candidates scoring good marks in the test are listed rank wise in the merit list. As the admission into LLB (3 years) and BA LLB (integrated) courses is done based on the rank published by the university. Check the eligibility, selection process below.

GU LLB Entrance Exam Eligibility 2024
BA LLB (Integrated course) Eligibility for appearing in entrance test.
- Students must have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent exam from a recognized council/Board.
- The minimum mark for OBC, ST, SC category student is 40% in aggregate and for other category student aggregate mark is 45% in their 10+ 2.
LLB Eligibility criteria (3 years course)
- Students must have passed graduation in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Minimum of 40% aggregate marks for OBC/ST & SC students and for other students the minimum aggregate marks is 45%.
