UGC NET Admit Card by Name and Date of Birth
Candidates can access their UGC NET Admit Card through the NTA website by application number and Date of Birth. Every year National Testing Agency conduct the UGC NET exam twice in a year June and December session.
UGC NET exam is conducted to find the eligible candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D. programme.
For the session June 2024, NTA will organize the NET exam from 21 August to 4 September 2024. For which the online application was started from 20 April and continued to 19 May 2024. UGC NET Exam Date 2024
NTA will conduct the UGC NET Exam on 21 August to 4 September 2024 in CBT mode. The exam will be held in 83 subjects in two shift i.e the morning Shift from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM and evening shift-2 from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM. About NET Examination 2024
University Grants Commission (UGC) has assigned National Testing Agency (NTA) to conduct UGC NET examination 2024. Every year NTA conducted the NET examination twice in June and December. For the session June, NET exam will be conducting in 21 August 2024. NTA Organize the NET exam to determine the eligibility of candidates for ‘Assistant Professor‘ as well as ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian Universities & Colleges. The UGC-NET 2024 is being directe d by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in Computer Based Test (CBT).
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Award and Eligibility for Assistant Professorship be contingent on the aggregate performance of the applicants in Paper 1 and Paper-2 of UGC-NET. The applicants qualifying only for Assistant Professorship will not be eligible to get the award of JRF. Applicants who qualify the eligibility test for Assistant Professorship as per government rules and regulations of the concerned Universities, participate in the process of recruitment of Assistant Professor.
