Secondary Education Board of Assam SEBA has opened the online portal for registration of class 9 students for the year 2024. All the students who are studying in class 9 under SEBA have to fill up the SEBA class 9 registration form before the last date. Students can visit the concerned schools to complete their class 9 registration process before last date 30 May 2024.

The Assam Secondary board of education has released the complete registration guide along with official notification on 10 April 2024. The online application form for SEBA Class 9 registration is started from 12 April 2024, the last date of SEBA Class 9 registration is 30 April 2024.

SEBA Class 9 Registration Fee
class 9 students have to pay the application fee to complete the registration process. The seba registration is Rs. 250 and for PWD students their registration fee is Rs.100.
Age criteria for Class 9 registration
Students age should be at least 13 years as on the date 1st January 2024.
Necessary documents for SEBA Registration 2024
All schools will collect the necessary documents and other details from each student in order to complete the process of registration for class 9 students. Followings are the list of documents, also go through the official instruction for smooth and uninterrupted conduct of registration.
- Passport size Photo with white background.
- Student’s details in Data Capture sheet (Annexure-1)
- Full signature of students in Data Capture sheet
- Birth Certificate of students (To be uploaded in the registration portal)
- Adhar card
- Registration fee
- Etc.
How to fill up Class IX Registration, 2024?
After collecting all the necessary data from students, the school can follow the steps as below. Make sure you go through the official guideline before starting registration process. Followings are the steps of SEBA Class 9 registration 2024.
- visit sebaonIine.org and click on the link Class IX Registration, 2024.
- In the Registration portal, click on School Login.
- The school has to log in with their School Code as a User ID and followed by a Password.
- The Login Password will remain same as provided during previous year class IX registration.
- After logging in, update school details.
- Update their UDISE code correctly in the My School page.
- After updating the school information, please go to Registration “Received Applications”.
- add the students one by one UNDER New application.
- After completing the registration process
- Pay the necessary payments.
