Students can fill up the online application form for Assam Polytechnic Admission through the website dte.assam.gov.in. The Assam polytechnic registration process will be started shortly by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) in May 2024 in online mode. Students who have completed H.S.L.C (Class 10) with Mathematics and Science can submit Assam polytechnic Application Form for admission into 3-years Diploma in Engineering & Technology Courses in various Government and Private Colleges for this year 2024. Directorate of Technical Education has released the Polytechnic admission related notification No. TE(Ex) Admn-10/2018/Pt-1/ 163, Dated Guwahati, on 10/04/2024. As per the notification, the admission into the State Government Polytechnics of Assam will be finalized as per the marks obtained by the candidates in HSLC (class 10) examination or equivalent with Mathematics & Science as mandatory subjects for the session 2024-25. Assam PAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility Criteria and Age limit for Assam Polytechnic admission for the academic session is available below. The Directorate of Technical Education of Assam will release the eligibility criteria for Assam PAT along with admission notification. We will update here. Students must read the official eligibility before fill up the application form online.
Education Qualification
- The students must have completed their HSLC (class 10) or its equivalent examination with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects.
- They also must have passed in both theory and practical examination individually in Mathematics and Science subjects.
- Minimum Percentage must be 40% for general/OBC/MOBC, 35% for Schedule Caste (SC) and 33% for Schedule Tribe (ST) in Mathematics and Science subjects.
Age Limit
- The age of the applicants must not be more than 20 years 6 months for General/OBC/MOBC, 23 years 6 months for SC and ST as on December.
Assam Polytechnic Registration Fee 2024
Last year, the Assam polytechnic admission was done as per the performance of students in Assam PAT conducted on 18 June, 2023. For which the students had to pay Rs.500 for PAT registration fee for admission.
For this year 2024, the registration fee, the amount is not mentioning yet. However, the fee may be the same as per the trends of previous years.
Assam Polytechnic Admission 2024 Application Form
The online registration process for Assam Polytechnic admission well be starting soon in May 2024. Eligible students can fill up the application form for counselling and admission into 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology Courses in various govt. and private institutions in Assam. - Enter your details and completed the registration process
- After that login with login details
- Fill up the application form for Polytechnic admission
- Enter all the details including address, education qualification etc
- Upload the necessary documents photo ID, signature, academic certificate etc
- Pay the application fee for application form
- Once you’re complete, download the application from for further use
Assam Polytechnic Admission Counselling 2024
As per the official Notification published by SCTE at official website of directorate of technical education Dated Guwahati, the 10/04/2024. The admission into the State Government Polytechnics of Assam will be complete d as per the marks in HSLC (class 10). The students should have passed class 10 or equivalent with Mathematics & Science as necessary subjects for the session 2024-25.
Moreover, the class 12th marks will also be considere d for the course “Modem Office Management” of PCPS Girls Polytechnic, Guwahati.
