SSC GD PET PST Date 2024
The staff selection commission has released the GD Result on 10 July officially. However, the admit card for SSC GD Physical is awaited. As expected, the eligible candidates may downlaod their admit card by last week of August 2024. In SSC GD written exam, a total of 351,000 candidates are selected to appear for PET PST whereas 311736 males and 39440 female candidates. Qualified candidates should appear for Physical Test on the scheduled date to be available at CRPF website. It is expected that the admit card for Physical test will be released in August 2024. SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Details
Staff selection commission will conduct the Physical Test for the candidates who are shortlisting in SSC GD Result 2024. Physical Test contains to two stages –
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
The GD Physical Standard Test (PST) contains the activities like measurement of hight, weight and chest as per requirements. However, in Physical Efficiency test (PET) applicants will have to perform a race within the given time bound. Candidates must qualify the PET/PST in order to be qualified for Medical and Document verification as the final stage of recruitment.
It is necessary to qualify the PET/PST test for the recruitment of General Duty Constable post in various paramilitary forces like BSF, CISF, CRPPF, SSB ITBP,AR SSF.
Only the candidates who have successfully completed all the stages of GD recruitment will be able to get appointment for the GD posts.
