Assam High School TET Exam Pattern 2024
For the recruitment of Graduate and Post Graduate Teachers in Government and provincialized schools. There will be a single recruitment test of 140 Marks. Followings are the graduate teacher’s exam pattern 2024.
- Examination: TET Cum Recruitment Test-2024
- Total Marks: 140 Marks
- Paper: Single Paper
- Exam Duration: 2.30 Hours
- Mark per question: 1 Mark
- Negative Mark: 0.25 Marks
- Medium of question Paper: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo and English. However, in case of confusion the English medium will be treated as authentic version.
Selection Process
- The selection of the candidates for the post of graduate/post graduate teachers will be merit basis. The merit of the candidates will be determine d based on the total marks obtained in the TET cum Recruitment Test and as per selection criteria of DSE, Assam.
- First a draft merit list will be published with a ration of 2 candidates for the purpose of verification of qualification and other particulars. Thereafter, a final selection list will be prepared and published according to the outcome of verification report and as per the merit in the draft merit list in the ration 1:1.
- In case, of remaining vacant post after publication of the first Merit List as per the ratio of 1 : 1, then two more numbers of Merit List will be publish.
- According to merit position, the vacancies of government schools will be fille d first from the merit list and after that the vacancies of provincialized schools will be fill up.
