The Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, is accepting online application form for 3 years diploma admission in engineering and technology courses for session 2024-25. The online application process is started from 1st June 2024 at 4:00 PM. Students can submit their application form through the official link of DTE, Assam.

Eligibility for 3 Years Diploma in Engineering and Technology
Education Qualification: Students must have passed HSLC (Class 10) or its equivalent examination in single sitting with the subject mathematics and science as compulsory subjects. Besides this, they should have passed in theory and practical examination individually in mathematics and sciences subjects.

The minimum percentage in mathematics and science is 40% for General/OBC/MOBC. And 35% FOR Schedule Caste (SC) and 33% for schedule tribe (ST). for more details read the official notification.
Age Limit:
The maximum age is 20 years 6 months for General, OBC and MOBC candidates. And 23 years 6 months for SC and ST candidates as on the date on 31st December 2024 for all.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs.300. Students need to pay the fee for counselling and admission process for admission into the state govt. polytechnics of Assam. The fee is non-refundable means if a candidates pay the fee will not be refund at any condition.
